Social media has exploded after seeing the new pictures of Uma, in which she is displaying a shocking new look on the red carpet.

Uma’s skin appears to be much smoother, especially under the eyes and across her forehead, and she opted for very minimal make up which really added to the drastic change.

One look at Twitter will tell you that her fans are not happy about the new look either.

Not only did multiple people compare her to Renee Zellweger, but another even compared her new look to a Beetlejuice character who is meant to scare people with a stretched out face. Yikes.
